Refund Policy
Cancellation of Order Before Dispatch
- Return Eligibility:
Products purchased from the Website can only be returned if they are sealed, your mind changes, or if the product received differs from what was ordered. - Damaged or Defective Products:
If the product is damaged or defective, the warranty is directly provided by the manufacturer. LT Online Store/LT Cartridge is not responsible for such issues. - Order Cancellation:
- Users can cancel an order by placing a “Cancel Order” request via email.
- For cancellations due to a customer’s mistake or a change of mind, a 10% restocking fee plus processing and shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund.
- If the order is dispatched and then canceled, a 10% restocking fee, processing fees, and shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
- Delayed Dispatch:
If LT Online Store cannot dispatch a product within 14 working days, customers can request a full refund.
Return Policy
- Packaging Requirements:
Customers must not accept delivery if the original packaging is damaged or tampered with. - Return Eligibility:
Returns will be accepted for:- Wrongly delivered products
- Incorrect items
- Incomplete packages
- Return Shipment:
- Reverse shipment cannot be arranged due to logistics constraints. Customers must use any available courier service for returns.
- Return shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.
- Opened Products:
If the courier package is opened, the product cannot be replaced or refunded as per our policy.
Digital Key Orders
- Warranty:
Warranty issues with activation keys must be resolved directly with the manufacturer, as LT Online Store does not provide warranty support for digital keys. - Refund Policy for Digital Keys:
Orders for digital keys (activation keys via email) are non-refundable.
Refund Procedure
- Processing Time:
- Credit Card: 45 days
- Net Banking and Debit Card: 15 days
- Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed after the receipt and verification of returned products.
- Refunds will be issued to the billing name provided by the customer.
- Missing Refunds:
If a refund doesn’t appear in your account after the processing time, please contact customer care for further assistance.
